Her preferred form of communication -Texts and Handwritten messages, which she allows others to read -Pantomime with characters able to understand the gist of her communication.
Available forms of communication: -American Sign Language (She's 1/2 way to fluency) - She will use this with intimates and those who prefer to use ASL as their dominant form of communication. -Text to Voice - She will use this with characters who cannot otherwise communicate with her, and in occasions where it is beneficial to have a spoken vocal content.
In General: Neo communicates how she wishes to communicate, and will support however your character wishes to communicate, and tries to be understanding of others who have experienced discrimination due to physical disabilities, as she has.
