PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Yes. Her reactions will vary, and probably lean neutral to negative
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Yep
ROMANCE/FLIRTING: You may. She is married to Emerald Sustrai as of the end of Deerington. While Emerald may not be in Deer Country, she is loyal to her, making actually getting together with her unlikely.
SEXUAL CONTENT: Is your name Emerald? Allow me to introduce you to the concept of Muchu Chhish, the mountain nobody in the world's ever scaled. Barring an event, it's not likely to happen a second time.
PSYCHIC ABILITIES: Go for it. Her mental landscape isn't pleasant.
(OOC Note: The events of "Roman Holiday" may indicate significant triggering content in her past involving an almost cartoonish level of Parental Abuse. Please consider yourself pre-maturely warned if you delve into her past through psychic powers.)
MAGIC/POWERS: Yes, but please give a heads up first for mental manipulation. I reserve veto rights.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Healthy 4'10" in heels right here. Mute since birth.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS OR TRIGGERS: Roman Torchwick is dangerous territory with this character. Parental Abuse is a good way to set her off. She's fairly resilient so she isn't easily triggered by much, but she is well versed in using violence to get her way.

BACKTAGGING: TO INFINITY AND BEYOND!
(So, this has been tested in the past. I'm fine backtagging 6 month old and year old tags. On the condition that we're both having fun, and the content would not skew subsequent material. If we enter into material that might change future threads, I have to demure so as to avoid time-shenanigans. But otherwise, yeah sure. As long as you like.)
FOURTH WALLING: Hah, sure, go for it. Especially if you're Deadpool or Gwenpoole.
THREADHOPPING: I'm fine with it, but let's not do it so much that it destabilizes a thread from ease of viewing.
CONTENT I ABSOLUTELY NEED WARNINGS FOR, BUT CAN STILL PLAY: *rubs forehead* I don't squick easily, and I'd prefer to use your preferences. But if you want an idea:
-Warn me before Scat/Piss gets mentioned.
-God, warn me before you do anything related to Unbirthing or the Birthing process.
-Harm to small children would definitely be something to warn about.
In general, though, put Content Warnings up liberally in my threads to warn potential viewers if you have the slightest concern. I prefer, after past experience, to err on the side of "Put a content warning up."
CONTENT I ABSOLUTELY NEED WARNINGS FOR AND THAT I CAN'T PLAY:
-There is nothing. No, I mean it. there is nothing in this world that I can't play because this is fiction and Neopolitan is not a real person. However, there are going to be times when I say "I do not wish to do that here/now/with you." I always reserve that right, but really I've learned that there is no such thing as "Never" in my RP Vocabulary.
ANYTHING ELSE:
-RACK Rules Apply Here: In general, I apply the principles of R.A.C.K. to my RP, including non-erotic RP.
R.A.C.K. means: Risk Aware Consensual Kink
-You and I ought make sure that it is clear what content we are Roleplaying at all times and that we are aware of what that content entails. Should matters change in a scene, we agree to communicate with each other, listen respectfully and make adjustments if necessary (up to and including ending a thread prematurely and deleting if you need)
-No scene, NSFW or completely banal, should happen without both of us OOC Consenting to the scene in general. I'm fine assuming consent as long as you are, but your consent to the material is always of paramount importance to me. So, if at any point in the scene something goes sideways and you need a stop, let me know.
Safeword: Banana
Type it into the subject heading of an otherwise empty post, and I will treat that as an "All Stop" to all interactions between our characters until we've communicated, talked and consented to a solution to the situation. We do not proceed until both you and I are comfortable. You always have this safeword, and even if you forget it, just tell me you need a stop and we stop.

A Specific Note on Communication
Updated to the events of Roman Holiday
Neopolitan cannot speak, and has not been able to do so since birth. This is a physical disability of hers.
Her preferred form of communication
-Texts and Handwritten messages, which she allows others to read
-Pantomime with characters able to understand the gist of her communication.
Available forms of communication:
-American Sign Language (She's 1/2 way to fluency) - She will use this with intimates and those who prefer to use ASL as their dominant form of communication.
-Text to Voice - She will use this with characters who cannot otherwise communicate with her, and in occasions where it is beneficial to have a spoken vocal content.
In General:
Neo communicates how she wishes to communicate, and will support however your character wishes to communicate, and tries to be understanding of others who have experienced discrimination due to physical disabilities, as she has.
