It seems that Neopolitan still isn't managing to master the fine art of caring to be properly sociable. Still, the inbox does work, and she's known to respond fast enough, if she likes someone. So, at least there's that?

[He'd learned that over the years. Granted, his lifestyle hadn't exactly been great in regards to learning to relax a bit. Instead, he'd developed a bit of a state of hypervigilance, which wasn't great, either.
But that something better addressed with an actual psychologist and someone who could help people cope with things like PTSD.]
